The primary job duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Ensure implementation of the Compliance policy, including preparation of compliance plans, risk assessments, the implementation of policies and the provision of consistent and quality compliance advice to business heads.
• Arranging and conducting compliance related training for the business
• Management and reporting of money laundering and fraud related incidents
• Ensure the delivery of day to day operational support to the business on a wide range of Compliance issues
• Lead and manage the interface with MAS
• Handle licensing and all other regulatory matters
• Oversight of corporate secretarial matters and compliance and legal matters where necessary
• Liaising with internal and external auditors, trustee and regulations on compliance
• Keep abreast with latest developments with the rules and regulations in Singapore
• Review and coordinate MAS submissions for Form 1, 2 and Quarterly Income and Expenditure returns to regulators on a quarterly basis and Form 1 to 6 for Annual MAS Returns.
• Ability to assist and complete adhoc MAS surveys, declarations and request for information by regulators
• Lead internal and external audits in matters pertaining to compliance and regulatory procedures and assisting with any action plan identified
• Strong familiarity to Anti Money Laundering rules in Singapore and FATF recommendations

THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as a Compliance Officer in Singapore. As a key player in our fast-growing company, you will be responsible for ensuring that an organization or business adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, policies, and industry standards. The ideal candidate has a can-do attitude, and a desire to grow and be a part of the company's success. The Compliance Officer will be reporting to the Head of Credit Risk and Compliance.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Investigate and provide decisioning on counterparties KYC sanctions reviews
• Use investigative tools and web research to analyze vessel movements, beneficial ownership, and potential sanctions links to discount or identify potential sanctions concerns
• Provide advice and subject matter expertise on sanctions related issues
• Help to facilitate governance over sanctions lists/screening framework
• Identify sanctions compliance issues/concerns and make suggestions and/or take corrective action to implement solutions to improve controls/operations
• Assist in the review of sanctions related regulatory examination and internal audit deliverables
• Assist in the provision of sanctions related training for employees as needed
• Assist with drafting sanctions procedures
• Other ad-hoc tasks

The Customer Service Department offers consumer banking products and services such as savings accounts, fixed deposits, current accounts and remittances services to both corporate and individual customers. The successful candidate will help with the end-to-end processing of inward and outward remittance transactions and will also be involved in projects and system enhancement, updating of procedural manuals, and general administrative duties. He/she must have hands-on experience in branch banking and payment operations with good appreciation on risk management and regulatory compliance.

The preferred candidate must satisfy the following requirements:

• A recognised Degree

• At least 1 year of bank remittance experience. Those with branch banking/ branch counter service

experience may be considered

• Ability to work independently and adaptable to changes

• Cheerful disposition, service oriented with good interpersonal and communications skills

• Strong team player and able to effectively and quickly build relationships and establish trust, respect, competence and confidence.

• Salary : $2,500 - $3,300

• Working hours: 44 hours - perm 12 hours Night shift

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise the care of residents
• Develop and implement programmes and activities for the well-being of residents
• Put up monthly interview records for residents
• Ensure proper maintenance of the Home's equipment
• Ensure the cleanliness of the Home premises

Job Requirements

• Diploma in psychology , social work , counselling or relevant field
• Willing to work rotating shifts including night shift and weekends
