6. Attend to wards and patient’s food related issues, complaints and feedbacks. Coordinate with the Kitchen staff for follow up action and service recovery.
7. Undertake any duties as assigned by Superior.
8. Comply with all Food Hygiene and Safety practices and NEA regulations governing leanliness and hygiene.

Requirements:

• At least a Secondary Education in any discipline
• Preferably with Basic Food Hygiene cert will be an advantage
• Service oriented and good communication skills
• Experience in healthcare, hotel, food & beverage, hospitality industry will be an added advantage
• Able to work on 12-hour shifts, weekends and public holidays
• 4-days work week (Total working hours is 44 hours in a week)

• Handling booking with airlines & execute Airway bill
• Liaising & communicating with shippers/ customers/ overseas agents via email
• Updating uplifting status to clients
• Advance Export Declaration/ Freight way bill submission
• Preparing invoice
