Job Summary:

Experienced OutSystems Dev Lead. This role involves leading a team of developers, overseeing the development of applications on the OutSystems platform, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, design, develop, deploy, and maintain mission-critical applications using the OutSystems low-code platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Maintain and optimize existing applications to improve performance and user experience.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to OutSystems applications.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, security, and performance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for developed applications.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing applications using the OutSystems platform.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• OutSystems certification is a plus.

Skills:

• Proficiency in OutSystems Service Studio, Integration Studio, and Platform Server.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, CSS, HTML, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with API integration and version control (e.g., Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to create technical documentation.
