Liaise with the main contractor, consultant, clients on the progress of Plumbing & Sanitary as well as any other services awarded's installation works.

• To supervise all works on site and ensure in accordance to the drawings, safety standards and comply to local authorities requirement.

• Able to design, submit, coordinate drawings and plan for approval and amendment.

• Adopt preconstruction isometric drawing preparation and material take off prior to site possession.

• Ensure site storage are ready and inventory system is in placed all the time.

• Able to handle more than one project at a time.

• Attend inspection / meetings with supplier, sub contractor, main contractor, consultant, and authority

• Prepare progress claim to main contractor / client & attend meetings

• Prepare & certify progress claims of sub contractor & suppliers

• Willing to suggest and adopt to all company policy which may update from time to time.

• Willing to work off hours when necessary to ensure projects are always in best performance.

Job Requirement:

• Possess a License Plumber License are preferable

• Min 6 years of relevant experience

• Knowledge in Autocad will be advantage

• Class 3 Singapore Driving License

Role Description

This position reports to the Operations Manager to ensure the smooth running of everyday operations of the polishing department of the company. He / She will also provide update to ensure the project is able to be deliver on time as per client's requirements and to report arising technical, materials and other issues and solving them together with the Operations Manager.

The primary focus is to play a leading role as the Technical Sales Driver in providing pre-sales technical expertise to the Account team and customers for CyberSecurity opportunities. You build opportunities / pipeline through an outcome-based consultative approach and drive deal closure that pull through other solutions and products. At the same time, you should also educate the target market on transformation and its value offerings, roadmap and its differentiation of its market leading role.

The key function involves leading opportunity development efforts from lead qualification through closure. You take ownership of the solution design process to ensure the selection and use of best fitting technology, delivery and support processes. You own the preparation and presentation of technical and commercial proposals of how solutions and products can meet customer’s needs and be integrated with customer’s systems and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Introduce portfolio of solutions and services to achieve a high share-of-wallet in the account by positioning strengths and capabilities in front of customers
• Understand customer’s businesses, and identify influencers and decision makers within a customer organization. Focus on identifying customer’s business challenges and developing strong value propositions to help customers meet their business objectives

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 8 years’ proven customer engagement (in presales, business development and account management) track record in the Telecommunications or IT industry
• Qualifications in Security technologies, practices, methodologies and standards
• Professional information security certifications or related security product certifications such as ISMS, CISSP, CISA, CISM, GIAC is preferred
• Demonstrated experience in Security architectural design and proposal of complex solutions in enterprise customer environment
• Understanding of the Security industry and evolution of technologies, threats causing vulnerabilities
• Proficient in 2 or more of the following technologies/technology vendors/Solutions like Palo Alto, Trend Micro, FireEye, Checkpoint, Mcafee, RSA, Symantec, Fortinet, Cisco, CASB, IAM, APT, SIEM
• High degree of self-motivation, strong commitment and result oriented
• Dedicated professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Independent and resourceful team player with a genuine enthusiasm for providing excellent support to internal and external customers

• Experienced Project Manager and Business analyst in the IT team for at least 10 years delivery projects for the following functional domain areas.

• Demonstrable experience in a similar role with Financial Services.
• Good knowledge and working capability of product life cycle
• Should have good knowledge and understanding of the information flow and various business functions in a financial services/bank.
• Should have knowledge on Accounting/Finance system implementation lifecycle.
• Experience working throughout the entire project life cycle; including analyzing and documenting requirements, workshops, testing and stakeholder management throughout.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment
• Able to conduct the workshops with business teams and challenging the requirements
• Collaborate with teams and work with groups effectively spread across various regions
• Strong critical thinker with problem solving aptitude.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Background from Business analyst and transitioned to PM would be value added.
• PMP certified / Scrum certification would be advantageous
