THE ROLE

• Provide full administrative support and maintain accurate records of clinic operations
• Implement service quality policies and procedures and uphold requirements of governing documents such as standard operating procedures and work instructions
• Manage and align medical equipment partners and suppliers service standards to the company’s expectations.
• Contribute and work together with the marketing of the company’s healthcare services according to the company’s values including (but not limited to) e-commerce, advertising, public relations and brand awareness, merchandising and sales tools as and when required.
• Execute strategies to allow for continued growth and provide clinic and imaging operations training and advice to healthcare professionals.
• To manage and monitor budgets and maintain budget discipline.

Requirements

• Substantial leadership in clinical operations experience of at least 5 years within the healthcare sector.
• Strong client management skills and ability to keep promises.
• Able to demonstrable full knowledge of the sales process and clinic operations.
• Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, and presentation.
• A positive attitude to dealing with people and people development.
• Business level written and spoken English is essential; additional local language capabilities are advantageous.
• Qualified to degree level or equivalent in healthcare or business management
• A sound understanding of the Singapore healthcare services market.
• Confident negotiator - able to ‘close the deal’.
• Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions.
• Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail.

Get to know the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Defining the product strategy and roadmap for merchant and driver financial services regionally (Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Singapore)
• Collaborate with Collections to build innovative solutions to improve repayment rates and operational efficiency.
  Work closely with regional product teams to enhance, localize and execute financial-services initiatives regionally
• Collaborate with regional product teams to ideate, conduct research and implement enhancements across Southeast Asia
  Ensure that products are compliant with local regulatory requirements and drive enhancements to safeguard our users
  

The day-to-day activities:

• Define and own the vision, strategy, goals and roadmap
• Dive deep into our data to identify the biggest opportunities to optimize our systems to benefit Users and Grab.
• Own project delivery, feature development and experimentation end-to-end, including creating detailed product & business requirements, driving cross-functional execution, sharing insights and learnings across the org, and ensuring stakeholder visibility
• Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics and data science to define an ambitious product strategy, develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog, and execute on delivering great experiences for users.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, other Product teams, and regional/country teams on go-to-market strategies and execution.
