The Job

As Tax Manager, you will support the Head of Tax in managing all tax aspects in Asia related to Novo Holdings investment activities, as well as the tax aspects of new strategic initiatives and corporate structure for the Novo Nordisk Foundation. You will:

• Drive selected tax compliance processes and internal controls in for Novo Holdings and Novo Nordisk Foundation.
• Provide timely tax support to the investment teams throughout the investment process and independently manage all tax aspects related to Novo Holdings investment activities in Asia.
• Provide advice in relation to new investments and corporate structures from a tax perspective and drive selected tax due diligence processes.

Position Purpose:

Reporting to Senior Brand Manager / Business Manager, this role will be accountable to develop, plan and execute marketing, public relations, sales and promotional strategies within the brand’s guidelines to support and achieve the sales plan. Job Purpose:
