Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all global / local projects under his / her care are covered in a holistic approach closing all gaps identified from the beginning until the end of the project with the goal of sustainable operation post project handover. • Closely monitor progress of Capex projects in the factory and provide support if needed to ensure projects are implemented according to the plan timelines.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to factory team for them to achieve key business objectives involving quality, productivity, order fulfillment etc.

Requirements:
