Position Overview:
The Trainee Engineer will assist in project execution and sales activities, gaining hands-on experience in CleanTech's operations. This role is designed to develop technical and commercial expertise in semiconductor and PV industry solutions, focusing on gas and chemical systems.

Responsibilities

• Create and deploy efficient, scalable AI and machine learning (ML) models.
• Develop algorithms for processing large, real-time datasets by extracting, transforming, and loading unstructured data to support the deployment of AI/ML solutions based on theoretical models.
• Test and analyze the performance of deployed models, troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during their operation.
• Work collaboratively with team members, applying proficiency in statistics, scripting, and programming languages aligned with organizational needs.
• Operate and oversee the software platforms used for deploying AI/ML models.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Proven experience in machine learning, deep learning, and AI model development.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Expertise in frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Keras.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistics.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for AI/ML deployment.
• Familiarity with tools for version control (e.g., Git) and collaborative development.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
• Hands-on experience with NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
• Understanding of ethical considerations in AI and bias mitigation.
• Certifications in AI/ML or cloud computing.
