• Assist in resolving appeal cases within required timeline.
• Manage related enquiries and communication with all internal and external stakeholders, including our overseas universities partners and learners
• Support in any other administrative matters and projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Min. Diploma / Degree from a recognised institution
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Detail-oriented and meticulous approach to tasks
