Company introduction
TWO Group is a family owned and operated company focus on financial investments, the owner is a German entrepreneur with a wide network across countries, who also perform the Group CEO duty in a large well known European public listed company, leading more than 3000 talents located in more than 30 offices in different countries. Seawolf Yacht is owned by the TWO Group and the Yacht will provide luxury hospitality to the company guests, who are mainly C Suites for multinational companies or big organizations. The company does not make hospitality business to the public market, it only serves the owner’s important guests and friends. You will provide the guests with an exceptional experience. Your interactions are very important, and communication is vital.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Keeping the yacht clean and presentable. Service, clean, and maintain supplies of the yacht including restrooms.
- Checking of inventory and purchasing of food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Be responsible to loading food and beverages aboard the yacht, setting table for fine dining service, preparing karaoke, live streaming of matches, playing music and getting the cabin ready for guests and/or family.
- Maintain low wastage levels through stocks.
- Attend to guests and/or family’s queries and concerns. Support the captain and crew with daily yacht operation and sailing when necessary.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by the management and/or captain.

· It may be necessary that each Employee perform a multitude of different functions; therefore, as an essential part of your job, you will be expected to help others when the occasion arises, just as other Employees are expected to help you. Accordingly, you may be expected to perform other tasks as needed or as directed.
Requirements & Qualifications
- We're looking for people with excellent interpersonal skills who can work both independently and as part of a team. Successful crew members must be reliable and able to work in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment. We expect careful attention to detail.
- Our crew members will work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays (6-day work week, off day on weekday).
- You must be fluent in English and be honest, dependable, and forthright.
- Minimum High School Diploma preferred, with basic Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word and working with smart devices including laptop, smart TV, iPad, etc.
- Candidates must be mature and at least 18 years of age.
- Previous fine dining service experience, preferably in a high-end restaurant or serving high-net worth is valued. Stewardess experience, life saver certificate is a plus.
