• Assisting with Robotic Programming Automation project (RPA) for staff access card programming
• Manning Access Card Service Desk to assist with all access card issuance and returns during operating hours from 8.30AM to 6PM
• Manning of shared mailbox and responding to service requests and workflows relevant to facilitate issuance and return of access passes
