About the role – Operations Associate
Be part of an experienced team of cool-headed veterans whose responsibilities include order fulfillment and partner collaboration for all transaction-related processes. In the Transaction Operations team, you ARE the heartbeat of the company – and in this way, all of us other bodyparts can function properly, too.
The Operations Associate shall:
· Be the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders for everything operations;
· Fulfil customers’ transactions at the backend in a timely manner;
· Consult with the Treasury and Frontliner teams as needed;
· Regularly update the ERP & CRM to keep the rest of the stakeholders apprised;
· Upkeep their knowledge in the various product specifications and maintain diligence with compliance requirements;
· Stay focused on market movements and move fast to catch upsides; and
· Output useful reports of Operational efforts on a periodic basis.
About the role’s requirements
The candidate is expected to, at minimum:
· Have completed secondary education or possess 1 year of equivalent professional experience in a customer service environment;
· Be proficient in the English language, both written and spoken, and be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills;
· Preferably also be conversationally proficient in Mandarin and/or Bahasa Indonesia (in line with our products’ target clientele);
· Possess excellent skills in computer software usage;
· Be able to demonstrate strong focus and concentration to avoid mishaps in a role where a single digit mistake could mean actual monetary losses;
· Be able to speak and write Chinese will be a plus;
· Be able to problem-solve, move quick, and exhibit urgency when needed; and
