This role requires a seasoned leader with deep expertise in business development, client relationship management and the management of post-production teams. The Director of Sales and Ops is responsible for driving the growth of the company's post production services, identifying market opportunities and building long-term partnerships with new and existing clients. Key Responsibilities:

c. Ensure proper data management and security protocols are followed, safeguarding project assets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, or a related field; Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in post-production, with a minimum of 3 years in a management or leadership role.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects across a range of content formats (TV, film, digital, etc.).
• Working knowledge of post-production systems and pipelines, including editing, colour grading, audio mixing, MGFX/CGI/VFX, mastering, QC and deliverables.
