What You Will Do

Our Construction Enterprise Solutions (CES) department is looking for a highly motivated, cross-functional Sales Operations Manager for the Asia-Pacific Region. In this role, you will specifically manage forecasting, reporting, compensation, sales territory planning, sales process design/enhancement, analyze business trends, and participate in strategic planning for the sales organization. Sales compensation in the Sales Operations team will work in partnership with the PX Sales Compensation team.
• Commissions: Lead process improvement efforts around the commission planning and maintenance process. Assist with the creation/management of all Sales Commission Plan documents, policies, and internal processes. Drive and partner with internal cross-functional teams to create, record, approve, and communicate sales commission policies and procedures.
• Executive Presence: Prepare and present executive summaries to Sector leadership on a recurring basis.

Key Responsibilities:

The Warehouse Operations Associate will be the key contact point of inbound sales, which involves orders processing, coordinating deliveries, inventory and sales orders analysis/reporting.

Job description:

· Waving orders daily, ensuring all orders are checked and handed over to 3PL within SLA.

· Handle the Scale Inventory system, ensuring that the physical stock and records in the system are accounted for, and undertake investigation when there are discrepancies, when necessary.
