We are building a design automation platform to bring it down to a month, and have already demonstrated significant progress by developing tile grouting robots in record time. Robotics simulation and reinforcement learning has been advancing a lot making it 1000x cheaper to train robots compared to 5 years ago, and as Jensen Huang said at Nvidia GTC 2024, "the ChatGPT moment for robotics may be just around the corner." A couple other companies are building on the same paradigm shift but we are the only ones using it to automate hardware design, not just software.

Building robots and a design automation platform together brings great synergy - the platform helps us develop robots faster than anyone else and the robots allow us to gather data and do experiments at scale. Data gathering can be done through partnerships with other robotics companies, but doing experiments is crucial for grounding the platform in reality and ensuring its usefulness. The grouting robots are already deploying daily at construction sites and bringing value to clients. We are currently negotiating sales worth around 500k USD. With manufacturing cost multiple times lower than companies using a traditional robotic arm, our robots have an ROI in weeks. Our robot is also small and simple to use, operating from a single button without the need to upload floorplans or do any complex setup. Responsibility:

· Assist in delivery arrangements and carry heavy loads.

· Set up, decorate, and prepare catering areas according to specific directions and layout plans established by the manager/customer.

Come up with initiatives to help warehouse improve operational effectiveness and cost-effectiveness, such as reducing overtime costs and packing material costs.

Ensure safety precautions are observed and carried out at all times.

Maintain warehouse area cleanliness and tidiness at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Operations Manager on project planning, schedule and executing the delivery of projects within time, budget and client’s expectations;
• Monitoring progress and identifying critical activities to expedite smooth progress of works on site to meet targets;
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors, such as consultants and sub-contractors or suppliers for the flawless execution of the project;
• Ensure project to be delivered on time, within scope and budget;
• Ensure project to be executed in accordance with approved plans/drawings, contract specifications and regulations;
• Develop detailed planning to monitor and tract progress;
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation;
• Responsible for all construction site matters including and not limited safety and other compliance matters;

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Engineering or Construction related field with Building Construction Safety Supervisor or equivalent trained
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in project management under Construction sector

Candidates are expected to:-

• Take lead in planning and deployment of marine resources;
• Take lead in enforcing marine crew discipline;
• Perform compliance checks to ensure personnel and safety at the base and onboard craft;
• Arrange for daily diesel orders and attend to bunker deliveries;
• Coordinate with Fleet Engineering team on the repair and maintenance status of harbour crafts and equipment;
• Update daily records of craft movements, deployment, and craft breakdowns;
• Perform regular checks and surveys on the status and upkeep of base equipment; and
• Assist Section Managers in operational assignments and projects.

The ideal candidate should preferably:-

• Possess at least a Diploma in Engineering (Marine) / Maritime Business / Business / Logistics and Supply Chain Management;
• Have good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Be able to remain calm and make logical decisions under stress and emergency situations;
• Be proficient in using computer and mobile device applications/systems;
• Be proficient in MS Office; and
• Be willing to perform shift work (Candidates will be entitled to shift and applicable allowances).
