Job Summary

As a Wealth Management, Single Coverage Client Advisor, Vice President in the China Market team at JP Morgan, you will be responsible for supporting and managing all aspects of client relationships across the team. Required Qualifications, Skills And Capabilities

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline

2. Minimum 7 years’ experience in wealth management space, along with strong client and stakeholder management skills is required.

3. Understand and have working knowledge of the private banking key regulatory and control environments that are relevant to the team and be able to manage the accounts accordingly.

4. Proven client management skills and effective communication skills (oral and written) who can positively engage and influence clients as well as internal stakeholders.

5. Strong organizational and prioritization skills, and must be a team player and able to work with different business functions across the bank.

6. Operate with a high level of integrity and risk awareness.

We are looking for an Operations Manager to join the Project Management at Site.

Main duties will be:

• Manage all engineering, procurement and construction works at project
• Coordinate & Manage Model Reviews, issuance and closure of Clash reports, Site Surveys as appropriate
• Lead project budget control and support take necessary key cost efficiency decisions
• Buy into and agree the Project schedule for effectively managing the progress against schedule, and suggest / agree remedial actions
• Know and understand schedule milestones. Be aware of any bonuses and penalties on milestones. Understand and manage all departments to contribute to successfully achieve milestones.
• Require engineering, procurement and construction works to be executed in accordance with applicable procedures, specifications and standards, including Wood health, safety, environmental and quality procedures
• Ensure that the change flags are raised by the respective disciplines to the Project Manager (PM).
• Prepare the miscellaneous documents (e.g. construction contract requisitions) in accordance with guidelines provided by the PEM / Manager – Project Engineering
• Follow up with all departments for adequate and appropriate population of the DMS for accurate progress updating as required

Main requirements:

• At least 10 years of related experience in Project Management teams in oil and gas, petrochemical, or industrial projects
• Engineering degree.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company , ensuring efficient and smooth operations. They will lead and manage a team of on-site and off-site staffs to drive operational excellence and ensure seamless customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the overall operations of company, including recruitment and management of staffs (e.g. performing artists or floor staffs) and customer service
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent and efficient operations across stores
• Monitor and analyze store performance and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Logistics, HR, Omni Channel and Finance, to align operational strategies and goals
• Lead and motivate the Operations team to achieve targets and objectives
• Develop and review Operations related processes to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
• Manage relationships with internal & external vendors, suppliers, and service providers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail, Operations, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Management level in retail operations, preferably in the bar/pub/nightclub industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing operations and driving operational excellence
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
