HR CUM OPERATIONS MANAGER

Thai Bistro/Bar is sourcing for HR cum Operations Manager.

Working location: bendemeer

Working hours: 6 days, 12pm-12am

Salary: $7,000 to $10,000 (depending on experiences and/or past performances)


The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company , ensuring efficient and smooth operations. They will lead and manage a team of on-site and off-site staffs to drive operational excellence and ensure seamless customer experiences.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the overall operations of company, including recruitment and management of staffs (e.g. performing artists or floor staffs) and customer service
  • Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent and efficient operations across stores
  • Monitor and analyze store performance and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Logistics, HR, Omni Channel and Finance, to align operational strategies and goals
  • Lead and motivate the Operations team to achieve targets and objectives
  • Develop and review Operations related processes to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Manage relationships with internal & external vendors, suppliers, and service providers
  • Participate in the development of annual budgets and monitor expenditures to ensure cost efficiency
  • Conduct regular store visits to assess store operations and provide guidance to store teams
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail, Operations, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Management level in retail operations, preferably in the bar/pub/nightclub industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing operations and driving operational excellence
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays, as required
