Operations Support Officer

· Maintaining the general cleanliness of equipment and the workplace.

· Providing logistical support for school events and activities, including transporting, and arranging furniture and equipment

Job Description

• Monitor and maintain fleet marine operations status, Sourcing for Vessels when required, searching for business opportunities for chartering of available vessels, verifying and drafting of chartering agreement, Ensure delivery of vessel.
• In-charge of crew selection, conduct interviews, brief crews on the company’s policy and procedures
• In-charge of applying manifest and coordination of vessels going in and out of project site
• Handling Vessel Operations including physical Boarding documentations, clear vessels in/out of port with as little delay as possible, Prepare documentations such as port and immigration clearance, Declaration etc to relevant government statutory departments. Monitor vessel whereabouts and constantly communicate with the boat masters on their location.
• Ensure safe operations of the vessels and compliance to all international marine requirements
• Handling insurance for the company’s fleet of vessels. Proper Records and documentation of insurance for all vessels.
• Liaise with insurance company and crews if vessel require to claim insurance.
• Verify all relevant documents and certificates for newly purchased vessels.
• Other ad-hoc Duties assigned by superiors.

Requirements
