Analysts joining Operations teams will be on the front-line of the division enabling all of the firm’s businesses. Your responsibilities will be as follows:

• Monitor and Support: Continuously monitor the performance and availability of all IT systems, including servers, networks, and applications. Provide 1st level support and troubleshooting for any issues that arise.
