Job Responsibilities

• Assisting Operations Managers with responsibility to the Region in performing day- to-day operational tasks for those Clients assigned to the Operations Manager.
• Receive shipment information from clients (invoice, HAWB, PL, Datasheets, etc).
• Process shipment documents.
• Tracking of shipments in different web pages (DHL – FedEx – UPS) or with agents in different countries or direct contact with other offices.
• Coordinate phone calls with agents to solve issues if needed
• Data entry – create shipments and upload shipments information to company’s operative system
• Gather and save documents related to shipments on files and internal system
• Keep information updated in IT system
• Include fees for shipments in IT system
• Keep files updated.
• Provide reports as per Ops Manager requests in regards with shipments status or any matter.
• Maintain regular communication with Agents within the region and with the other regional offices
• Preparation of regular reports as per Client specific needs
• Input and maintain accurate data in internal IT systems – both web based as established by corporate policy/procedures and per system requirements.
• Escalate to Ops Manager for any situation / issues when it cannot be resolved directly or if the issue requires strategic guidance/decision
• Support on the preparation of QBRs
• Manager support. o Prepare reports as per Ops or Regional Manager’s request. o Administrative and operational activities as per company needs.

This position will have direct contact with National & International Suppliers and Clients via emails, phone calls and sometimes face to face meetings.

Requirements

• Fresh Diploma or Degree in Logistics/Shipping
• Min. 1-2 years of Shipping Logistics experience / import-export shipping.
• Proficient in MS Office & MS Outlook
• Fluent in English communications due to email correspondences.

What you’ll need:

• At least 5 years working experience in vulnerability management, incident response, and risk assessment experience, and able to articulate security policies

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and deployment of security personnel to the allocated sites
• Plan duty roster for allocated sites, work closely and coordinate with each site for manpower forecasting, and planning for Relief Security Officers when necessary
• Provide support for Operations Managers and Site in-charges, and assist in handling complaints or operational issues. Willing to stand-in as Security personnel if needed
• Conduct on-job-training (OJT) and duties as required by clients for new hires and existing staff
• Coordinate with management team and clients' management to ensure customer satisfaction
• Carry out investigation and prepare reports
• Conduct rounds and checks at sites to ensure performance standards and compliance of staff, and obtain feedback from clients via weekly meetings
• Attend weekly meetings and propose service improvements to clients, and prepare periodic reports to the management
• Maintain and update proper documents, at sites and in office
• Any other duties related to the operations of the sites

Qualification & Experience

• Preferably certified with Diploma in Security Management or, minimally possess Advanced Certificate in Security Supervision
• At least 2 years of experience holding higher or equivalent position in the same trade
• Valid PLRD license, SS and above preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Must be Operational Ready at all times (even on off days)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for mobile device related issues during SIT testing
• Work with test automation teams to setup/support mobile test automation framework, CICD pipelines etc
• Point of contact to work with vendors on mobile device farm related issues
• Work with local and regional teams on mobile device and device farm administration (ie device/user onboarding, tracking, offboarding)
• Monitor device and farm license usage; Generate regular reports on demand, usage, incidents etc
• Ensure device tracker, mobile testing-related documentation is kept up to date

Qualifications and Skills Required

Bachelor’s Degree in computer engineering or related field.

Proven working experience in Test Engineering, or equivalent role with at least 5 to 7 years relevant experience in large and complex organisations preferably in the area of Banking and Finance

Proven experience with mobile device related testing

Good understanding of tools and device farms e.g. Tosca, Appium, InTune, Perfecto or equivalent mobile device farm

Good working knowledge in mobile testing and DevOps technologies: ie Java, Python, Appium, Jenkins, CI/CD, Perfecto

Experience in mobile device management (MDM) and use of mobile device farm are essential

Responsibilities :

• Working with Senior Engineer on Electrical engineering services design and project administration for building projects in Singapore & Overseas.
• Commissioning of design with close collaboration with other building service discipline design team within office, project Owners and other Consultants.
• Preparation of tender enquiry documents & specification drawings.
• Assisting Owner to call tender, conduct site show around, arranging and conducting of tender interviews, carry out tender evaluation & reports and recommendation of contract award.
• Full project administration including project control, planning, project progress monitoring, costing, attending Owner/Consultant and site meetings (local and overseas), reviewing and approval of shop drawings and materials, progress payment evaluation, attending T&C, etc till full project completion.
• Liaising with authorities for compliances, plan submissions and approval.
• Arranging and attending site inspections by independent inspectors and authorities for clearances.

Requirements :

• Recognised Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services from reputable Polytechnic or University with relevant experience in the building industry.

• Conversant with Singapore building services Codes, Regulations and requirements is compulsory.
