Job Description:

You will assembly hardware parts and carry out installation and commissioning for digital cinema industry. Perform basic trouble-shooting of software on Linux platform, testing and evaluation of hardware. Provide service and technical support to our customers and understand their applications and requirements to develop solutions for their needs.

• Maintaining a good rapport and providing technical support to customer.

• Forecasting and ensuring on-time availability of spare parts for the customer needs.

Requirements:

· Diploma or equivalent from Electronics, Multimedia, Information technology or other related streams.

· Developed and implemented shell scripts in Linux to facilitate monitoring and diagnostics of onsite equipment.

· Minimum 1-year related working experience.

· Possess good troubleshooting skills.

· Hard working, team player with a strong sense of responsibility

· Can work independently with limited supervision.

· Sound knowledge on system integration.

· Electronic, electrical, cabling and networking knowledge.

· Hands-on experience on Linux shell is an added advantage.

• Support the engineering team in maintaining internal quality management documents, ensuring that project processes adhere to standards.
• Update and maintain monthly reports, including project status, and resource allocation, to provide a clear overview of project performance.
• Undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field. Candidate that does not fulfill this minimum requirement but with relevant experience would be considered.
• Has at least 2 years of experience in vendor/contractor management.

This role is an important position for our us. You'll be responsible to closely work with our senior mechanical engineers on the design of our water panel and assist on design suggestions.

In short, you'll be closely working alongside our Senior mechanical engineer, scientists, airflow engineers, optical engineers and the founders to finalise our prototype and make it ready for our exciting pilots with world-class customers.

Past experience in solar thermal systems, and expertise in thermal and insulation systems, as well as flat plate collector in a big plus.
