• Knowledge on material fabrication processes, component installation, sub-assembly and final assembly integration, preferably for CVD/ALD/Epitaxy equipment
• Understanding on Bill of Material structure (Product structure, Generic vs. Customization, Options and Kits) and revision changes
• Prior experience in implementing DFM and Lean concepts through manufacturing engineering; Modular assemblies, Feeder lines, Off-line assemblies, flow line, automation solutions, data analytics, and digitization.
• Knowledge of new product introduction, PLC processes, Engineering Change workflows, and Change Control requirements
• Experience in working and interfacing with cross functional teams. Demonstrated ability to influence cross functional organization and drive changes.
• Experience in managing multiple projects using project management skills and tools
• Familiar with the following operational excellence tools but not limited to: Lean Manufacturing, FMEA, 8D, PDCA, DMAIC, 6-sigma, Cpk, GR&R and SPC.
• Experience with SAP and/or major ERP/MRP systems and processes at user level.

As a Global Supply Chain (GSC) Program Manager at Micron Technology, you will play a crucial role in running and delivering successful Digital Transformation Projects. You will take care of, monitor, and lead projects through all phases of project lifecycle - from initiation, feasibility studies, planning, execution and control, managing the timeliness and budget till project closure. You will play a dedicated role leading cross-functional teams (across IT, Digital Transformation and business SMEs) in identifying project requirements, establishing clear and achievable objectives, coordination and adapting the specifications and approach to the different concerns and expectations of various partners, and adhere to the Micron Project Methodology and project standards. The Program Manager is a strategic role that requires collaboration with business partners to ensure business needs are met. This includes understanding how a project impacts the strategic roadmap of the business and aligning project execution to help achieve business objectives.

You will be dynamic leader working closely with our highly-motivated project teams. Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Provide leadership within the program team environment, guided by the Micron Project Management framework and standards
• Identify required project resources, collaborate with project partners, solution oriented mindset in resolving issues, assign project resources and build a high performing team.
• Strong and consistent communication in ensuring regular information flow and status reports to all program partners in the project team
• Perform as a single point of contact to the IT Scrum Masters, architects, Business Analysts (BA) and Business Transformation Engineers/SMEs, to sequence various business priorities towards projects and continuous improvement enhancements. Backlog maintenance and prioritization to be managed by GSC Program Managers and communicated clearly to IT Teams
• Handle the project timeline and budget, and deliver projects within timeline and budget that has been formally approved
• Create and lead a detailed project timeline in collaboration with team members.
• Identify and aim to interim and major breakthroughs that the team is to meet
• Identify, document, and respond to risk with mitigation, contingency, or other risk response plans
• Call out risks and issues to the appropriate level and formality for resolution
• Perform problem solving at the individual, team, or leadership level
• Contribute/Co–Lead problem solving efforts by providing guidance for effective and timely resolution.
• Have deep understanding of timelines and system environments across projects and programs and business challenges we are trying to solve
• Operate in a shared resource environment, including Micron direct and consulting resources
• Observe current portfolio and company priorities
• Participate, as required, as a member of the program leadership group

Apply a structured change management approach and methodology for the people side of change caused by projects and change efforts

• Develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans (including communication plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan and resistance management plan)
• Work closely with sponsors and project teams to integrate change management activities and strategy into the project plan and support the execution of plans by employee- facing managers and business leaders.
• Conduct change assessments, evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner.
• Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption, utilization and proficiency of individual changes.

Education:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or related fields or
• Working experience in semiconductor industry or complex manufacturing environment or equivalent experiences
• Minimum 1 year of experience in managing projects with proven tools, techniques and processes such as PMBOK by PMI
• Knowledge in supply chain management
• Experience in working with global teams across countries

Desired:

• Certifications in Supply Chain Management, Program Management (CAPM or PMP) and Change Management (PROSCI)
