Job Description:
1. Managing of new product and development duties in cooperation with Japanese Head Office and other related sections.
2. Managing the technical support activities for the products in cooperate with Japan Head Office and other related sections.
3. Collect and analyse the market trend and competitor information for the new product plan and technical support activity.
4. Handle and analyse product complaint in cooperation with sales department and other related sections.
5. Managing the industrial standard and certification issues for each market in cooperate with Japan Head Office. Other related sections and outside vendors.
6. Problem-solving approach, crystallized in the field of design, which combines a user-centered perspective with rational and analytical research with the goal of creating innovative solutions.
7. Product development that completes process of delivering a new product or improving an existing one for customers.
8. Planning the right resources are assigned to the right tasks. Managing resources involves schedules and budgets for people, projects, equipment, and supplies.
9. Involves linking in with the business change functions within the business areas affected to ensure that the changes are properly implemented.
10. Planning work and tasks work closely aligned to the organization’s ongoing strategy, rather than specific deliverables.
Job Requirement:
1. Degree in Electronic / Electrical / Mechanical related with minimum 10 years experience is a must.
2. Well verse in Business Japanese, English and Mandarin to liaise with counterpart abroad.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Skill (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
4. Must have SAP Experience
5. Strong Presentation Skills
