The Product Specialist plays an integral role in the ongoing relationship management of existing clients to educate clients and prospects in the use, features and benefits of the Charles River Investment Management Solution & Alpha Data Platform (collectively the Alpha Platform) across multiple Asset Classes within Asian Pacific Markets. As a Compliance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that the organization complies with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (CFT) regulations. Overall Purpose of the role

The role holder will primarily undertake the development, implementation and maintenance of compensation programmes and provide advisory to resolve any related issues at the client’s organisation.

Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities:

• Development (including design and related analysis), implementation and delivery of compensation programmes aligned to the organisation’s strategy and applicable regulations, including the provision of advice throughout the employee lifecycle and during the annual pay review, advising on related services and the resolution of reward and compensation issues from employees, people leaders, or regulators.

What you'll do:

As a Client Transfer Agency Specialist, your role will be pivotal in maintaining positive, long-term operational relationships with assigned financial intermediaries. You will be responsible for supporting their needs daily and resolving any operational inquiries that arise.
