The Team:

Customer Account Management Support (CAMS) assist Enterprise Sales by managing large client projects and helping to tackle ongoing or complex unresolved issues. By having a detailed understanding of Bloomberg processes and procedures, CAMS can act in an advisory role to identify opportunities to improve internal efficiency and to enhance the client's experience. A. Overall Purpose of The Job

The Client Success Specialist is part of a Client Services team that will handle all requests and queries sent from our clients and sales team in the region.
