Purpose:

• To support FUJIFILM Business Innovation Asia Pacific (FBAP), FUJIFILM Asia Pacific (FFAP) and Operating Companies (OpCos) to make use of digital technology (i.e., Microsoft Power Platform, etc) to achieve business transformation through automation and productivity improvement

The key roles and responsibilities are as follows:

• Collaborate with L&D to setup in eLearning platform, where required
• Provide expert knowledge on the usage of the DX technologies to improve the technical approach or design of DX project initiatives

• Provide periodic reports to reporting manager on work assignment status/project progress

Your new role

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Providing support to the Regional Compliance with respect to due diligence of business partners, including but not limited to:

• Sending relevant Due Diligence questionnaires for new and existing counterparties using the Glencore platform and assign reviews to the relevant Compliance team members.
• Assisting counterparties with the completion of the external questionnaire.
• Attending to request to update counterparty’s information by liaising with the data management team overseas.
