Job Scope:

• Ensure Goods Receivable and Goods Inventory are entered into SAP on time, in line with project KPIs.
• Follow SOPs for GR/GI and ensure all transactions are completed correctly.
• Keep all operational documents filed and easy to access for future use or audits.
• Help the Executive resolve daily operational problems with staff or customers.
• Gather and submit billing data to Finance each month before the closing date.
• Prepare reports for the Executive, such as KPIs and space utilization.
• Perform any additional tasks as required by the company.

Requirements:
*Min 1- 2 years’ experience in supply chain and/or related industry preferred
*PC Literate – in Excel & Word, knowledge of SAP/ WMS preferred.
