Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments of clients presenting with mental health concerns.

The Role

As the Strategic M&A Specialist / Analyst , you will be the driving force behind the corporate growth initiatives of our client. You will analyse market trends, lead the development of their organic and M&A strategies, and manage the entire M&A process — from target identification to deal closure and integration. Qualifications :

• CFA/CPA (or equivalent) would strengthen the application but is not required.
• Experience: 6-8 years of solid M&A or strategic investment experience
• Preferably with some overseas work exposure to emerging markets (e.g. China, SEA, India etc)
• Ability to work with cross-functional business teams to identify fundamental business drivers and risks to those drivers, and translate them into actionable plans.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse groups and senior-level management
