Position Summary

The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for providing excellent customer service experience. This role will have frequent interactions and close collaborations with internal stakeholders such as Account team and the Operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Leveraging BIM software and tools as a methodology to coordinate design documentation
• Assist in updating BIM standard and template for the project
• Be familiar with BIM submission, regulations and guidelines
