What’s the role?

You will be proactively analyzing existing client profiles, in particular Desktop API usage, to understand our clients’ workflow and ensure suitable use of our product offerings, while also mitigating business risks. Using a highly consultative approach, you'll engage in a transparent manner with a wide variety of individuals, including but not limited to end-users, senior market data managers, C-level executives, as well as internal partners.

We'll trust you to:

• Speak with existing clients on a daily basis to understand their workflows and how they consume our data and/or content, to ensure suitable use of our product offerings
