Job Responsibilities:

• To adapt training materials in order to fit the context and enhance content of existing training support documents as and when required.
• Deliver training to therapists in line with the sales cycles and training priorities.
• Deliver induction and specific training to grow and develop the brand.
• Develop and motivate Therapists and Sales Consultants through training and coaching.
• To contribute to training projects, training needs, evaluation analysis, update of training programs, action plan on training and coaching
• To be active on the field to observe customer purchase behavior and interact with the Sales consultants and customers
• Identify and provide feedback for future training needs.
• Conduct beauty product knowledge training and treatment protocol.
• To furnish the company with the latest beauty industry information; eg competitors’ activities and beauty care trends, treatment, products etc.
• Work closely with management team on training needs.
• To perform any other assigned job duties as per assigned by the management.

Job Requirements:

• With minimum 2 years of experience as a Trainer, ideally in Aesthetic face and body treatments.
• Certified by CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, WSQ ACTA Full Certificate, WSQ SOA or any other relevant qualifications in beauty and aesthetic.
• Strong experience in training including delivery of training, ability to coach with a strong sense of detail and a strong focus on growing sales capabilities.
• High level of competence in presentation and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Confidence in presenting and influencing at all levels.
• Proficient in English and Chinese to communicate well with clients
• Highly driven, energetic, flexible and team spirited.

Job Objective/s

1. Confidential Personal Assistant to the CEO and COO/CTO.

2. Ensure smooth operational credence of the corporate-management directives and calendars.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide full-time P&C (Private & Confidential) Personal Assistant support to the (on-site) COO/CTO and in parallel, separately provide P&C Personal Assistant support to the (off-site) CEO.

• This includes maintenance of meeting agenda, and planning appointments, travels, visits, etc.

• Assist in corporate communications both internally (within Singapore office, within the DenseLight group companies), and to support corporate on external communications.

• Manage corporate events and provide adhoc administrative assistance to the Executive team

• Assist on any other HR, Office and business-operational tasks from time-to-time.

• Take dictation, meeting minutes and follow-up on matters arising

• Produce reports, presentations and briefs

• Assist CEO & COO/CTO to track/remind HODs of important tasks and deadlines

• Managing databases and filing systems to meet corporate office objectives

• Provide other administrative support to other teams in the Company as directed by the CEO or COO.

Qualification Guidelines

Minimum Education

• Diploma in business administration or Secretarial experience or relative field

Minimum Experience

• At least 5 year of proven experience as personal assistant, executive secretary or similar administrative role to corporate management

• Proficient in MS Office and “back-office” software (e.g. ERP)

• In depth knowledge of office management.

• We are looking for yoga and alternative therapy master (open for all genders) who is highly qualified, educated with professional master degree in yoga science.
• Master should have prior experience of training and should able to educate students to become yoga Teachers, yoga therapist and to level of advance teacher training including 200hrs, 300hrs, 500hrs etc.
• Master should be able to guide in therapy and should be able to train new yoga therapist.
• Additional diploma or degree in therapy of yoga or any streams of complementary medicine like- Ayurveda, homeopathy, naturopathy etc gives additional value (not compulsory)
• We teach-educate national and international students, so its important to have experience of teaching expats to understand the need and expectations of client.
• Management of school academic ambience and upgrading the standard of education will be key roles.
• Organising experience of international scientific conferences for yoga ayurveda therapy will be additional.
• Previous experience of dissertation and research methods is important.
