The Boarding Officer/Ship Agent (Operations) is the first point of contact for vessels arriving into the port and processes all necessary formalities and declarations in a timely manner to ensure smooth entry and departure of ships assigned. Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for ships (company owned and chartered) arriving into the port.
• Liaising and coordinating with respective government bodies for vessels arriving into the port and processes all necessary formalities and declarations in a timely manner to ensure smooth entry and departure of ships.
• Ensuring full compliance to statutory formalities and factual declarations.
• Identifying bottlenecks to propose improvements to workflows and assists with its subsequent implementation.
• Act as agent in handling wet and dry cargo, bulk cargo and projects.
• Handling crew changes, and coordinating on tasks assigned by the company, independently.
