Purpose and Scope

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be responsible to establish networks and strong relationship built with international prospects, business partners and trade agencies in the Semiconductor industry with the prime objective of securing tenancy for our projects in China, Indonesia, Vietnam and future developments around Asia. Key Roles and Responsibilities

Marketing strategy

• Be among the first to know when a Semiconductor company is thinking of entering the markets that we operate in through established channels and market intelligence
• Segment, Target, Populate and effectively reach-out to each client to create an interest with the prime objective of securing a lease commitment.
• Leverage on agencies and value-add partners (banks, trade bodies, quasi-governmental agencies, business services) to generate leads, referrals and support in making the marketing drive creditable and effective.

Qualification, Skills and Experience
