The IRSG is recognized as an International Body through the negotiation of a Headquarter Agreement with the Government of the United Kingdom in 1978. The mission of the IRSG is to be the world’s authoritative source of statistical data and forecasts for all aspects of the world rubber industry, including production, consumption and trade in rubber and rubber products. (1) PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO THE SECRETARY-GENERAL

The incumbent will act in this capacity as Personal Assistant to the Secretary-General, acting as a sounding board for ideas and ensuring enhanced efficiency and structure across the organisation. S/he is also expected to provide strategic advice and guidance on key developments within the organisation and ensure the appropriate policy approaches are developed to meet IRSG’s mission and objectives. As a result of developing and maintaining research, s/he would be expected to develop initiatives that ensure that IRSG acts as a catalyst for the rubber sector and collaborates with stakeholders on developing evidence-based approaches and support. Job Requirements:

• Proven experience of at least 5 years in marketing management roles in the baby and mother industry, with a track record of successfully leading teams and driving results.
• Able to shuttle between Johor Bahru and Singapore as you will be require to manage our Marketing team in Johor Bahru.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and business acumen.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will ensure proper receiving, putaway, replenishment to pick locations and issuance of goods. You will perform proper record-keeping and control of stock movement. You will also assist in the return of damaged goods. In addition, you will also need to perform good housekeeping; ensure safe practices and orderliness of the warehouse; as well as carry out periodic cycle counts and annual stocktake.

• Minimum Secondary/ NTC level
• Ability to speak and write simple English
• Ability to work in a cold room environment
• Class 3 forklift license is preferred

• Able to carry heavy load for stock movement
