Job Title: Assistant Production Supervisor(ID3361)
Location: Tuas
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8.15am to 5:00pm
Basic Salary： $2700 -$3200

Job Description:
• Assist Department Leader with planning of daily production activities and issuance of
routine instructions
• Assist Department Leader with planning and scheduling of preventive maintenance
activities
• Ensure that production and quality targets are met by monitoring production and QC
data
• Ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with Work Instructions (WI)
• Assist Department Leader with monitoring inventory levels of raw materials,
subsidiary materials and spares, and raise purchase requests when required
• Assist Department Leader with enforcement of Production shift staff discipline
including monitoring production data and reviewing CCTV footage when necessary
• Assist with Document Control relating to production, including maintaining and
updating WI and forms
• Assist Department Leader with troubleshooting of process, equipment problems
• Understand production process to assist with operation adjustments or improvement
proposals due to demands from other stakeholders
• Ensure data entry by Production shift staff is timely and accurate
• Assist Department Leader with compilation of monthly production reports
• Assist Department Leader with data collection and report preparation for in-process
studies and experiments, when required
• Ensure that safety procedures, regulations and other legal obligations are complied

Requirements:
• Diploma in Engineering, Applied Science or other related discipline
• Microsoft Office (especially Excel) skill required.
• Office 365 and Power Platform knowledge is an advantage
• Language: English, Mandarin
• Report writing competency

The clinic is a GP clinic at Bt Gombak .As a clinic assistant , the candidate will need to be able to handle and attend to patients, dispense medicine and assist doctor in dressing and simple procedures. The candidate must be able to communicate instructions in English and mandarin, know basic computer operation and have minimum N level qualifications. Experience is not needed as onsite training will be provided.

Location: Yio Chu Kang, one way transport pick up at AMK or Yio Chu Kang

Job Responsibilities:
• Assist financial planning and analysis
• Prepare monthly reports on the financial results of the Company
• Consolidate and prepare weekly analysis on the sales data for all operations
• Provide analytical support to business initiatives

Job Requirements:
