The Hwei-Ee Tan lab studies the fundamental biological basis of “gut-feelings”, how bacteria in the gut signals to the host to influence physiology and behaviour. • Assist with liaising and managing manpower agencies in the hiring and contract renewal/expiry of temporary staff, billing verification and budget monitoring;
• Timely update of information in HR databases and systems;
• Assist with the digitisation of hardcopy personnel files under the “electronic P-file” management project;
• Assist with sorting, scanning and filing of documents and creation of employee personnel files; and
• Assist with administrative and operations matters of other HR functions.

Requirements

• Diploma
• Relevant experience in HR
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Team player
