The National University of Singapore invites applications for the position of Research Assistant in the Department of Computer Science, School of Computing (SoC). We seek to play an active role both internationally and locally in the core and emerging areas of Computer Science and Information Systems.

The Research Assistant will be responsible for working closely with the Principal Investigator and lab members on one or more research projects. He/she should possess experience or interest in at least one of the following research areas:

• Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
• Computer Vision
• Algorithms
• Circuits and Systems
• Programming Languages & Software Engineering

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree with Honours in a relevant area; and
• Experience in research.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in warranty claim, prepare quotations, invoices.
• Develop and maintain a filing system.
• Perform general administrative duties.
• Data entry.
• Assist and coordinate with administrators on day to day operations.
• Other ad-hoc duties as required by the Manager.

Requirements :

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent time management skills and communication skills.
• A good team player.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask.

Contract Duration

3 months to 6 months

Job Responsibilities

• To assist in pharmaceutical product supply in accordance with operational and legal requirement.
• To perform inventory management.
• To assist in daily operation and housekeeping of Pharmacy department.
• To perform other duties as may be required.

What you might need to have

• Minimum of GCE 'O' or 'A' level.
• Relevant experience in hospitals will be an added advantage.
• Able to use Microsoft Office.
• Good administration skills, meticulous and good team player.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday (no shift duties)

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing member accounts and billing
• Processing payments and reconciliations
• Assisting with budgeting and financial reporting
• Maintaining accurate financial records and spreadsheets
• Coordinating with the golf shop, restaurant, and other departments to ensure accurate financial tracking
• Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Providing excellent customer service to members and guests
• Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive financial information
• Assisting with year-end audits and financial statements
• Performing other administrative tasks as needed

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: LCCI Higher Accounting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
• Prior experience with Club2000E software is preferred.
• Prior experience in a country club or similar environment is preferred.
• Able to start immediately or within a short notice period will be an added advantage.
