The Opportunity:

We are looking for experienced individuals to join our delivery team to support the entire life-cycle management of SAP S/4 projects - from presales to implementation, from process design to training and post-live support.

Together with an international team of SAP experts, you will implement SAP ERP solutions to clients locally and abroad. You will work closely with our team in Singapore, Malaysia, and potentially Japan to assist clients in the deployment of SAP S/4 HANA.

The Role / Job Description:

The SAP ABAP Consultant is responsible to define, develop, test, analyse, and maintain SAP applications aligned with business requirements of Axxis Consulting’s customers in various industries. This includes evaluating, designing, writing, coding, and testing SAP programs and applications. Independently research, design, document, and modify software throughout the development life cycle.

• Work closely with other SAP functional and technical teams in a collaborative environment to maximize opportunities to promote the strategic use of information technology and enable the work force to use technologies specifically business applications as a competitive tool.
• Create solutions that meet or exceed end user expectations. Help lead the definition of solution designs to ensure solutions fit in overall SAP landscape and leverage standards and best practices.
• Works with business analysts and/or project leads to ensure project plans are accurate with respect to detailed design and development activities
• Meets with customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues and/or identify support requirements for enhancements
• Writes detailed design and developer module specifications based on business requirements in conjunction with defined software development guidelines. Ensure optimal system performance is maintained and code base is stable.
• Perform technical research and root cause analysis of complex technical issues.
• Develops and implements custom applications as assigned
• Implements and/or customizes third-party off-the-shelf applications
• Works as a key project resource on a project team or independently to complete assigned tasks
• Accepts accountability for technical aspects of development
• Completes complex, hands-on development tasks with limited direction
• Complies Company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignment
• Performs other related duties and responsibilities, on occasion, as assigned.

About You:

• Professionally qualified with a bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, computer engineering, or related field
• Completion of 3 full lifecycle SAP implementations utilizing standard SDLC methodologies such as ASAP or Waterfall Model.
• 5 years development experience in SAP CX and SAP CRM-UI;
• 5 years of experience in SAP CRM supporting the following business processes: Service Orders, Service Contracts, Sales, Install Bases, and Interaction Centre, including experience in supporting Marketing and Loyalty functionality in SAP CRM;
• 5 years development experience in each of the following S/4HANA / ECC modules: FI, CO, SD, LE, PTP, MM, WM, PP
• 3 years experience in the following SAP systems: EWM, GTS, SCM / Ariba, APO;
• Specific experience with Human Resources (HR) / SuccessFactors Module is desired. Including but not limited to the following areas: Organizational Management, Personnel Management, Benefits, Administration & Payroll
• 3 years of experience developing with in PI/PO
• 5 years development experience within the following SAP toolsets: CRM Middleware, BDOCs, Graphical Mapping, ABAP Mapping, SLD/IR/ID configuration, Web Services, Screen Painter, Classes/Methods, BSPs, ABAP Workbench, WebDynpro for JAVA/ABAP, Workflow, Object Oriented ABAP, Function modules (RFC), SAP Script, Smartforms, Adobe Forms, BPM, User Exits, BADIs, ALV, ALE, EDI, IDOCs, CMOD, Enhancement Spots, BDC/Call Transaction, Logical Database, Data Dictionary, etc.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with sales team to achieve sales targets
• Work with fellow Stylists on the Sales Team, to deliver excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction
• Conduct sales appointments with brides; engage with customers to determine their needs and provide appropriate gown/package recommendations
• Work with Seamstress to fit customers and ensure that gowns fit them as required
• Work with Supervisor to resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the root cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem and following up to ensure satisfactory resolution
• Respond to all customer emails, messages and calls in a professional and timely manner, and ensure all customer requests are properly documented and acted upon
• Handle all other administrative and operational duties as and when required

Job Requirements:

• Sales driven with positive attitude and mindset
• Strong team-player
• Min 2 years of work experience in a sales capacity in bridal industry
• Must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Keen eye for fashion and styling
• Min secondary /college qualifications
• Able to multi-task and perform under pressure
• Meticulous by nature and fast learner
• Able to work 6 days work week with permanent Mondays off
• Must have basic computer skills

Responsibilities:

• Recruit new students through activities such as facility visits, campaigns, open houses and information sessions.
• Counsel parents of existing and prospective students who are considering taking up new subjects; assist with academic program selection.
• Develop and establish new contacts and sales leads to achieve sales targets.
• Responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets that are aligned with the core competencies of the company.
• Understand competition and trends in the education industry to develop sales strategies and initiatives.
• To work closely with other departments stakeholders to support and execute student recruitment activities, future plans and objectives.

Requirements:

• Diploma in all disciplines
• Min 1 year of experience in sales
• Candidates from banking / hospitality / insurance inudustry are welcome
• Good communication skills and customer service oriented attitude
• Ability to liaise with English & Chinese speaking clients is essential.

Working Hours: 5 days work week (4 weekdays + 1 weekend arrangement)

Basic Salary: Up to $3,500

Attractive commission scheme - to be discussed during interview
