Job Responsibilities:
The role involves overseeing diverse financial aspects for the REIT, encompassing cash management, loans, foreign exchange, and interest rate hedging compliance. Responsibilities include securing financing through negotiations with financial institutions, fostering and expanding banking relationships, and overseeing financial covenants on debt facilities, including green facilities. Additionally, the position entails monitoring and supporting funding requirements for the REIT's investment and divestment activities. The candidate is expected to manage the REIT's liquidity and cash position, involving the preparation of cash flow forecasts and collaboration with local finance teams to optimize cash balances.
Job Requirements:
To qualify for this role, candidates should hold a degree in Accountancy, Banking, Business, Economics, or Finance, along with a minimum of 6 years of relevant treasury experience, preferably in real estate or REIT. Knowledge of debt capital markets, proficiency in loan/ISDA documentation, and financial analysis/modeling are considered advantageous. Proficiency in SAP and MS Office, particularly advanced skills in MS Excel, is required. Successful candidates are expected to possess excellent communication skills, exhibit strong teamwork, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Salary: Up to $9,000 + variable bonus (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
