- Business Process Documentation: Determine and document current business processes to identify and understand user needs effectively.

- Metrics Development: Develop and monitor metrics for process management and identify opportunities for future improvements.
- Functional Requirements and Solution Design: Translate the organization’s business objectives into functional requirements and solution designs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with key stakeholders to implement re-engineering practices that align with organizational goals and objectives.
Experience and Skills Required
- Educational Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Technical and Domain Expertise:Proficiency in business process modeling, process design, requirements management, and project management.
Experience with business re-engineering methods, techniques, and the technology industry.
Familiarity with applying Agile techniques to prioritize and define requirements iteratively.
- Certifications:Formal training in LEAN and Six Sigma (advantageous).
- Communication Skills:Strong written and verbal communication abilities to engage effectively with stakeholders and teams.
