Comprehensive Training and Development

• Prepare training manual and conduct departmental service training in coordination with Chef In-charge.
• Organize and conduct ongoing training for team members.
• Facilitate a thorough orientation for new hires, ensuring adherence to hotel regulations and emergency procedures.
• Commit to continuous personal and professional development.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food and Beverage/Hospitality Management or extensive hands-on experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the hotel, restaurant and bar environment, with 2 years in a managerial role.
• Prior experience in Asia, particularly Singapore or Southeast Asia is preferred.
• Strong understanding of culinary trends and sustainability.
• Involvement in reservations and understanding of Revenue Management processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
