• Prepare students for admissions events and interviews.

Internal Collaboration & Support

• Work closely with the student support team to implement each student’s personalized roadmap.
• Support sales teams during initial consultations to explain our client’s products and services.
• Present on elite educational admissions at seminars and expositions in various markets.

Program Development

• Strengthen relationships with private educational institutions to provide more tailored recommendations to students.
• Identify service gaps and develop scalable solutions to ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
• Train service, sales, and marketing teams on the latest product offerings.
• Assist in hiring and training additional consultants as the program expands.

Work Expectations:

• This role requires flexibility, as you will be working with students from regions outside of Asia, including the US and UK, which may require work outside typical office hours.
• There are no fixed working hours as long as KPIs are met. Performance will be tracked through communications on Slack, recorded mentorship sessions, and the quality of preparation for student meetups.
• You will be joining a small, specialized team with only one other Boarding School Strategist, and you will report directly to the Director.

Required Experience:

• Graduated from a Top 30 U.S. or U.K. university.
• Proven experience in consulting for top-tier educational admissions.
• Significant experience working with international clients, especially in the Asia-Pacific region.
• Sales or entrepreneurial experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and full lifecycle management of PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, including Admissions, Student Records, and Student Financials.
• Develop and maintain customizations using PeopleTools, Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, and other PeopleSoft development tools.
• Manage upgrades of PeopleTools and Campus Solutions modules.
• Design and implement integrations using Integration Broker, REST APIs, and Application Packages.
• Create and maintain Fluid UI pages and Advanced Workflow Engine (AWE) configurations.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries and scripts on Oracle and MS SQL Server databases.
• Handle file layouts, component interfaces, and security configurations within the PeopleSoft environment.
• Develop and maintain Unix Shell Scripts, Excel Macros, and HTML/CSS enhancements.
• Oversee the troubleshooting and resolution of production issues in a high-pressure environment, adhering to strict SLAs.
• Draft functional specifications, execute system integration testing (SIT), support user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
• Experience with GovTech interfaces such as SingPass and MyInfo.
• Own and resolve tickets efficiently and effectively within specified timelines, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Over 7 years of experience in PeopleSoft technology with a focus on Campus Solutions.
• Minimum 6 years of experience specifically in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions.
• At least one full lifecycle implementation of PeopleSoft Campus Solutions.
• Extensive experience in upgrading PeopleTools and Campus Solutions.
• Mandatory experience in Azure Cloud architecture.
• Experience in Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, REST API, Application Packages, Fluid page design, AWE, SQR, Component Interface, File Layout, SQL, Security, PS Query.
• Proficient database management skills, particularly with Oracle/SQL Server.
