The role of the Admissions Consultant is to develop and execute recruitment strategies, and convert potential students from the lead pool generated by marketing activities.

Job Description

· Develop and execute recruitment strategies with the General Manager

· Strategize and coordinate lead generation marketing activities with the marketing team

· Nurture prospective students with a consultative approach in a timely manner

· Planning, coordination and execution of recruitment related events such as Course Previews, Open Houses and Workshops that may be held outside of contractual hours as required

· Provide administrative support to marketing and recruitment activities

· Any other duties as required

Job Requirements

· Minimum Diploma in any field

· Sales management experience is desirable

· Experience in recruitment in the education sector is advantageous

· Fluent in English and Mandarin

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Good team player and adaptable to a dynamic start-up style environment

· Well-organised and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving

· Must possess initiative and be able to work independently with a positive attitude

· Proficient in basic Canva, Google Workspace, Adobe and MS Office applications
