What it takes:

• At least 1 – 2 year of working experience in ecommerce or marketplaces
• Candidate with analytical mind and self-driven are hugely preferred. Candidate is expected to be meticulous, logical thinking and detailed in analyzing platform abnormalities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbally
• Highly initiative with positive energy
• Sensitive with calculations (Profit and Loss, margins, ROI)
• Process good attitude towards learning and improving
• Basic understanding in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, not a must but a plus point
• Must be digital savvy and comfortable with e-commerce software and e-commerce marketplace selling interfaces
• Must be independent and able to explore e-commerce platforms without supervision

Job Responsibilities:

-Drafting out MEMO, newsletters, articles and reports in English and Chinese language

-Support Department and Company on operational matters at corporate level

-Manage office equipment and stationery procurement

-Arrangement of flights, visas letters and hotel reservations for overseas travellers

-Coordinate company’s logistics matters for various stakeholders

-Facilitate submission of operations-related reports to Singapore and China HQ

-Manage corporate entertainment and office general operation

Job Requirements:

-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field

-Required skills: MS Office, MS Word

-At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

-Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent

[What you will be working on]

You will be responsible for the following:

• Lead, plan and oversee exhumation programme

• Lead a team to carry out preparatory works, such as ground survey, verify documents, plot layout plan and clean up burial records of the affected graves prior to physical exhumation

• Manage registered exhumation and niche contractors and other parties involved in exhumation related projects

• Oversee cremation operations, together with the maintenance and overhaul of cremators

• Ensure compliance to the SOP for pulverisation operations and maintenance of equipment

• Lead and coordinate with external agencies in other operational work (Qing Ming operations, 7th month and other festivals operations, etc.) at the CCK Cemetery Complex

• Attend to public feedback and enquiries, including handling difficult customers and putting up recommendations to challenging cases

• Track and monitor ground situations, including statistics collation and reports preparation

• Develop and review work process, and put in place systems to ensure efficient operations with no errors

• Perform other duties assigned by supervisor

[What we are looking for]

• Experience in leading and managing a team of at least 10 officers on operations and contract management

• Good problem-solving, writing and communication skills

•  Mature, independent, responsible, and resourceful

• Good team player with excellent communication, interpersonal and investigation skills.

• Have physical stamina to carry out site checks, and withstand exposure to weather conditions

• Preferably possesses Class 2 or 3 license

• Able and willing to work on weekends and public holidays, and to work in after-death environment.
