We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Executive to undertake marcomm duties for a firm that specialises in heritage and tourism. You will be part of a team that has an interesting and meaningful work environment. You will be involved in raising awareness of and saving Singaporean heritage sites.

Salary: $2,600 - $3,200 (commensurate with relevant qualifications and experience)

Key Responsibilities

Day-to-day management of marketing campaigns, social media accounts & digital platforms

• Research, generate and update content and marketing campaigns
• Develop creative and engaging infographics & videos
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone & online platforms
• Manage communications and branding strategies for the firm with external parties

Details:

a. Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (e.g.; brochures, interview responses, press releases, website materials, social media captions)

b. Attend to and draft responses to customer enquiries via phone or in-person or online platforms

c. Design simple posters and other visuals for, but not limited to, signages, website, wayfinding and social media

d. Enhance online user experience on various communication platforms to provide marketing support to in-house or external events

f. Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures

Requirements

● Diploma in Marketing/Mass Communications, BA Degree in Visual Communications/Digital Marketing, or equivalent

● Have a strong command of English language, written and spoken

● Creative flair and problem-solving abilities

● Proficient in MS office, Adobe Illustrator, Canva and other relevant design software

● Proficient in WordPress and Weebly website

● Responsible and able to work independently with minimal supervision

● Singaporeans/ SPR preferred

Working Days/Hours

Havas Media Network Singapore is looking for a Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Director.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Revenue, Compensation costs and New Business Reports in Magnitude through monthly closing process
• Supervise the preparation of the Budgeted/Forecasts of the Revenue and Compensation costs
• Working closely with the Billing team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the Billings and Revenue
• Build strong collaboration with Operational team to supervise and optimize:

1. Media ordering timeline (before mid-month M-1) to optimize the media delivery in month M and billing timeline
2. Media rebates & Operating discount revenue (being part of the rebate rates & Operating discount discussion/negotiation)
3. In collaboration with the CFO, determine a strategy and recommendations to be shared with the Operation Management to optimize the media allocation in order to maximize the Operating discount and Rebates revenue.

• Supervise and monitor client contracts, terms & conditions, audit clauses through a client contract tracker
• Assist Account Directors to determine price proposals by maximizing the profitability of the company and help to provide pitch information
• Maintain solid financial processes for the Media perimeter
• Month-end closing process (revenue closing and revenue accruals preparation, CFO report with analysis and comments of variation vs Budget and Forecast)
• Prepare operational reports on media performance, budget variance explanations, forecasts
• Responsible for improvement of audit results both internal, external and for client audits
• Improve and optimise the systems usage and the process automation
• Perform ad-hoc projects and tasks as requested

Job Requirements

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience with supervisory role preferred, preferably in the service/ professional industry
• Has experience at an external audit firm
• Bachelor Degree in Accountancy or any equivalent/relevant degrees

Branding & Marketing
