• Writing and editing a wide range of content to support internal and external communications, including drafting content for social media and internal newsletters;

• Triage mailboxes

• Send email invitations to registered professionals e.g. doctors, TCM practitioners, pharmacists, dental practitioners, as well as VIP guests and collate RSVP.
• Respond to email enquiries relating to Pledge ceremonies
• Carry out administrative and logistics preparation for the events
• Assist officers to source for vendors
• On-site administrative and logistics support on event day
• Prepare individual Pledge Certificates for registered professionals who attended the Pledge Ceremony
• Update pledge attendance in each registered professional’s record in the system after event

(C) Support CED on the preparation of 7 PBs’ revamped websites:

• Assist officers to collate updated information for 7PBs’ websites
• Proof-read/check through each PB’s website content/webpage during UAT/post launch of revamped website for accuracy
