Key responsibilities

• Assume full ownership of the content calendar, and spearhead social media strategy.
• Plan and produce video content for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, covering a variety of formats such as skits, product reviews, and interviews.
• Manage all video production stages, including sourcing and directing talent, storyboarding, scriptwriting, filming, and post-production.
• Keep abreast of viral TikTok trends and leverage them through rapid video production.

• Track, monitor, and report creative assets performance.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Drive integrated communications and marketing for products and services, including supervising teams to provide support for media engagement, digital marketing, content and creative development, events and outreach activities, for the line divisions

Requirements:

• Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing or a related
• Minimum 10-12 years of experience in communication and marketing with minimum five years in a leadership/managerial role
• Previous issues and crisis communications experience
• Strategic planning skills, including ability to shape messaging, develop brand positioning and engage external and internal stakeholders effectively
• Providing strategic communications counsel to senior management, division heads and team leaders
• Strong people leader with demonstrated experience in heading and managing a team of senior communications professionals
• Experienced in designing and driving integrated communications strategies to meet project-based/organisational objectives, with a proven track record of successfully executing communications plans that tap on integrated platforms
• Experienced in cultivating and maintaining relationships with the local and international media
• Good knowledge of the rapidly changing media and communications industry
• Excellent writing and presentation skills
• Understanding of the tech industry or public sector is an advantage, but not mandatory
