Responsibilities

• Manning of the officer tower reception counters and retail mall information counters including basic operations of systems e.g. office turnstile, BI CRM.
• To assist and support shoppers’ needs and requests at the customer service counter.
• Ensure all CX related reports are accurately recorded – inventory, redemption transactions, shift reports, lost & found, enquiries log.
• Resolve receipt dispute issues by liaising with merchant and shoppers.
• Respond to Live Chat and online enquiries, including feedback related to general enquiries and points accreditation.
• Engage shoppers during counter visits on the loyalty program.
• Respond to in-bound casual leasing enquiries for atrium space through online platforms.
• Follow up on leasing leads for pushcart and vending machines.

Requirement

• Possess a Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in relevant customer service role.
• Positive attitude, pleasant personality and a team player.
• Able to work in fast paced environment and has passion for service.
• Able to perform shift and willing to work on weekends and Public Holidays.

The job scope of LOA are as follows

• Airport pickup and transfer of VIP delegate(s) to hotel (assist with check-in arrangements) and back to airport at the end of their stay.
• Ensure that all expenditures of VIP are settled at the end of their stay
• Pick up delegates from Hotel to Exhibition hall during all show days, and back to hotel at the end of the day.

Ushering Duties

• Guide and lead VIPs around the exhibition hall and to attend meetings at Exhibitor’s booth
• Ushering VIP delegate(s) to lunch, evening reception, conference, courtesy calls, etc (if any)

Requirements

• Able to build strong rapport with the VIP Delegates and make sure all arrangements are communicated clearly
• Ensure all VIP Delegates have the best experience during their time in Singapore
• This role requires absolute discretion and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
