Job Description:

• To guide and lead day-to-day operations of the service team.
• Product delivery training to distributors and customers.
• Provide diagnosis guidance and analysing of fault found to Distributor / End-user, remotely via emails and/or calls.
• Carry out field services at site in local and ASEAN countries.
• Furnish service report and recommendation of spare parts, assisting Parts team to locate correct spare parts from parts catalogue.
• Furnish Warranty claims and Quality report to drive quality improvement on our products.
• Willingness to work beyond office hours if required and any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Diploma and/or certificates in Engineering with relevant working experience in construction machinery industry
• Able to read and understand Electrical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic schematic diagram
• Possess valid Class 3 Driving License is an advantage.

The Successful Applicant

Experience within an international setting, with the ability to navigate time and cultural disparities.
