About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager who is fluent in both English and Chinese to help grow our innovative platform, Wow Coach. You will play a key role in onboarding coaches, securing corporate clients, and building partnerships with advertisers.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding Coaches: Identify and recruit experienced and certified sports coaches across various disciplines to join our platform.
Corporate Client Acquisition: Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients to offer customized wellness programs, workshops, and sports classes.
Advertisement Client Engagement: Attract and secure advertising clients to utilize Wow Coach as their marketing platform.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly targets for coach recruitment, corporate deals, and advertisement sales.
Bilingual Communication: Use your fluency in English and Chinese to effectively communicate with diverse clients, coaches, and partners.
Strategic Outreach: Develop and execute outreach plans to build strong partnerships with coaches, businesses, and advertisers.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
